Day By Day Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our staff member. They will transfer you to your hotel, where you’ll receive a brief overview of your upcoming safari adventure. Relax and unwind, enjoying a peaceful evening as you prepare for the thrilling journey that begins tomorrow.

After breakfast at your hotel, your driver-guide will pick you up, and you’ll set off for Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a game drive with a picnic lunch amidst the stunning landscapes of the park. In the evening, you’ll head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire, one of Tanzania’s largest parks, is renowned for its vast herds of elephants and unique tree-climbing lions. The Tarangire River, a lifeline for wildlife, flows year-round and becomes a crucial water source during the dry season, attracting diverse animals to its banks.

Following breakfast, we’ll set off on a journey to the iconic Serengeti National Park. Prepare for a full-day game drive as we traverse the park's remarkable ecosystems. Keep your camera ready to capture sightings of wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, and other fascinating species. We’ll take a break to enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the breathtaking natural scenery of the Serengeti. After lunch, we’ll resume our exploration before heading to your camp in the evening. Enjoy a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

The Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its incredible wildlife, stunning landscapes, and the Great Migration—a spectacle of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras. Witness the drama of survival as these animals navigate crocodile-filled waters during their epic journey. During the calving season, over 8,000 wildebeest calves are born daily, ensuring the cycle of life continues before the 1,000 km (600 miles) pilgrimage begins anew.

After breakfast, you will set off on a full day game drive in the wilderness following the Great Migration trails. Our experienced driver/tour guide will provide you with interesting facts about this highly renowned event which makes Tanzania the top safari destination in Africa. before evening, we will drive you back to your camp for dinner and overnight

Serengeti, a UNESCO world heritage site, is home to around 200,000 zebras, and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle, which join in the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Listen to the exotic sounds of over six million hooves pounding the open plains.

Following an early breakfast, you'll embark on a descent of over 600 meters into the crater for wildlife viewing. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area boasts a diverse array of animals, sustained by a year-round water supply and ample fodder. Among the wildlife are herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. The park's allure also lies in its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which requires a keen eye to spot at times. Our itinerary includes a visit to Lake Magadi, a sizable yet shallow alkaline lake nestled in the southwestern corner of the crater, renowned for its flamingos, hippos, and various waterfowl. Later in the afternoon, we'll transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a destination famously described by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa.” This park, though small in size, offers an exceptional game-viewing experience and is celebrated for its diversity. The shimmering Lake Manyara, covering nearly two-thirds of the park, is framed by the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

With over 400 bird species, the park is a paradise for bird enthusiasts. Expect to see pink-hued flamingos gracing the lake, alongside pelicans, cormorants, storks, and other large waterbirds. Keep your eyes open for tree-climbing lions and the park’s resident herds of elephants.

In the afternoon, you’ll head back to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel (not included) or transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
